Independence
No advertiser, retailer or brand partner sees coverage before publication, and none can alter a score, a recommendation or a verdict.
Sourcing
Claims are grounded in our own testing, named expert interviews or published research. Where we cannot verify a figure — a price, a discount, a performance claim — we do not publish it.
Accuracy
Every product specification is checked against manufacturer documentation before publication and re-checked when an article is updated. Update dates are shown on the article.
Gifts and samples
We buy most review units. Where a sample is supplied it is disclosed in the review, and samples are returned or donated after testing.
