In real homes, over time
Products are used in working households for weeks or months, not demonstrated for an afternoon. Long-term reliability is part of the score.
Measured, not guessed
Where a property can be measured we measure it: particle counts, sound pressure at the seating position, temperature stability, pickup percentage, edge retention, runtime under load.
Standardised loads
Every product in a category faces identical tasks — the same debris, the same soils, the same obstacle course, the same test room.
What we exclude
Manufacturer performance figures, press-release claims and unverified user review aggregates do not contribute to scores.
